We look at what you have
A short call to see which system you are on, how your services and practitioners are set up, and what your records actually look like. No commitment, and we will tell you if the move is awkward.

We do the export
We handle getting the data out of your current system rather than sending you a spreadsheet template and wishing you luck. Clients, their history and their notes come across.

We set it up with you
Your services, durations, prices, working hours, booking policy and forms, configured alongside you so the people who will use it every day recognise it when it goes live.

You keep the old one running
You do not cancel anything until you are happy. Most practices are running properly inside a week, and your thirty days only start when your data is in and you are actually using it.
The questions everyone asks
Straight answers.
- What actually comes across?
- Your client records and their history, and your clinical notes. We map your services and practitioners so the diary looks like your diary rather than a default. What cannot be exported cleanly from your current system, we tell you about before you commit, not after.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. It is included, not an onboarding fee, and it is the same whether you are one practitioner or eight.
- How long is the clinic disrupted?
- It should not be. You keep taking bookings in your current system while we set Siderina up, and we agree a switchover point with you. Most practices are running properly inside a week.
- What if we decide against it?
- You leave with your data and there is no exit fee. That is true at any point, not just during the trial: no contract, monthly, cancel whenever.
- We have years of paper notes as well.
- Be realistic with us about the volume and we will be realistic back. Digitising a filing cabinet is a different job from migrating a database, and we would rather scope it honestly than promise it and disappoint you.
