What actually comes across?
Your clients, their appointments past and upcoming, their clinical notes and documents, the insurers and referrers you work with, and your past invoices under the numbers they already have. You see exactly what will be created before anything is written, and your original export is kept beside every record it produced. What cannot be exported cleanly from your current system, we tell you about before you commit, not after.
How long does it take, and is the clinic disrupted?
It should not be. You keep taking bookings in your current system while we set Siderina up, and we agree a switchover point with you. Most practices are running properly inside a week.
What does the move cost?
Nothing. It is included, not an onboarding fee, and it is the same whether you are one practitioner or eight.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, thirty days, and the clock starts when your data is in and you are actually using it, not the day you sign up. No card is needed to begin, and we set it up with you either way.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like: tell us, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no notice period, no minimum term and no exit fee, and you take your data with you. Pay for a year up front and you get two months free, but that is your choice, not a lock-in.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Any one patient’s complete record can be produced from inside Siderina as a file at any time, which is also how you answer a subject access request. If you leave, we send you a structured export of your clinic’s data in a machine-readable format. There is no exit fee.
