Siderina is operated by Bailey & Prosper Holdings Ltd (registered in England & Wales, no. 17444004; registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ). We are the data controller for this website and a data processor for the clinical data our clinic customers hold in the product.

This website. We collect only what you send us through the demo and contact forms (your name, email, clinic and message), used solely to reply to your enquiry. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal data.

The product. Patient and clinical data entered into Siderina is special-category health data under UK GDPR. It is hosted in the UK and isolated per clinic, and each clinic remains the data controller for its patients’ records, with Siderina processing them on the clinic’s instructions. Full details, including our sub-processors and a Data Processing Agreement, are available to customers on request.
