Features
Everything the front desk needs, joined up.
One system for the whole patient journey, so nothing is re-keyed, nothing is lost, and every record is easy to audit.
The diary
One diary for the whole team.
Every practitioner has their own calendar, and the clinic sees them all at once. Bookings land around real working hours, per-service durations, blocked time and the appointments already in the book.
- Day, week, month and list views, for everyone or one practitioner at a time
- A course of treatment booked once, weekly or fortnightly, and changed one appointment at a time or all together
- A practitioner marked absent in one step
- A privacy switch for the screen a patient can see

Online booking
Your own booking page, in your clinic’s name.
Patients pick a service, a practitioner, a date and a time from the slots that can genuinely happen, then confirm by email. It carries your name, your address and your colour, and it lives at a link you can put anywhere.
- Services with their durations and prices, exactly as you set them
- A direct link for each practitioner as well as one for the clinic
- Minimum booking notice, so nobody books the nine o’clock at five to nine
- A code sent to the patient’s email confirms who they are, so a returning patient lands on their own record

Cancellations and no-shows
The awkward conversation, handled by the system.
Set your notice period and your fees once. Siderina applies them to every cancellation, every reschedule and every no-show, whoever is on the desk and whatever kind of day it is.
- Cancellation and rescheduling notice, in hours
- A late-cancellation fee and a separate did-not-attend fee, as a percentage of the service
- Fees are drafted as invoices for staff to review, never charged automatically
- Cancellations the clinic makes never draft a fee

Consent and registration
Forms that come back signed, and stay signed.
Send the consent, registration, GDPR and cancellation forms your discipline needs, by secure link or through the portal. They come back signed and timestamped, pinned to the exact version the patient agreed to, so a form you edit next year cannot rewrite what somebody signed last year.
- Structured medical history, not a free-text box
- Re-consent windows tracked, with expiry surfaced before it lapses
- A queue for the forms that need the practitioner’s countersignature too
- The completed record as a PDF, kept with the patient

The form studio
A form builder that understands your discipline.
Start from a managed library written for your profession, from contraindication screening to red-flag questions, then shape it in a builder your front desk can actually use. Nobody starts from a blank page.
- An outline, a canvas and an inspector, with keyboard shortcuts for the people who build a lot
- Preview it exactly as the patient will see it, before anyone gets it
- Every published version kept, and any of them restorable as a draft
- Drafts stay private until you publish

Conditional logic
Ask the follow-up only when the answer warrants it.
Show a question, make it required, or skip a whole section depending on an earlier answer. Each rule reads as a sentence, and the studio checks them as you go, so a form can never depend on itself.
- Show, require, skip and include rules, on questions, sections and pages
- A map of every rule, and a problems list that stays empty while the logic is sound
- Edited in the studio, beside the form it belongs to

Clinical notes
Records that hold up when someone asks.
SOAP, discharge and referral notes that lock on signing, with an append-only audit trail behind every change. Designed to support the record-keeping your regulator expects, rather than leaving you to prove it yourself.
- Locked on signing, with later amendments tracked rather than overwritten
- A per-record history of who changed what, and when
- Pain scores carried from the first visit, so progress is visible at a glance
- Nothing clinical is ever deleted

The patient portal
Let patients do the things that clog up your phone.
A portal in your clinic’s name where patients see their appointments, reschedule or cancel them within your policy, fill in the forms you have sent, and view their invoices.
- Reschedule into slots that can genuinely happen
- Cancel, with your notice period and fees applied automatically
- Forms filled in before the appointment, not in the waiting room
- Invoices visible, including what has already been paid

Getting paid
Invoices raised from the work, and chased without you.
The fee is shown up front at booking and settled with you at the clinic. Invoices are raised from completed appointments, overdue ones are chased automatically, and a mistake is corrected the way an accountant expects.
- Overdue invoices chased on a schedule, not when somebody remembers
- Corrections issue a new numbered invoice; the original is never rewritten
- Insurer authorisations and session counts tracked against the claim
- No per-client fee and no commission, ever

Your team
Each practitioner with their own roles, hours and registration.
A small clinic is often several practices sharing a front desk. Each practitioner carries their own professional roles, credentials and working hours, every service belongs to its practice area, and reception sees what reception needs and no more.
- Registration numbers held against the practitioner, not in a spreadsheet
- Five staff roles, from practitioner to receptionist and billing
- Working hours and blocked time per practitioner drive what patients can book
- One clinic, one bill, one patient record, however many disciplines

Moving over is the part we do with you.
We export from your current system and bring your clients, their history and their notes across. It is included, not an onboarding fee, and you keep the old system running until you are happy.
A short walkthrough, no obligation.
